Women's Rights

Khanh is dedicated to ensuring that all women across the board—of all backgrounds, sexualities, genders, and races—are paid the same as their peer male counterparts. Additionally, Khanh stands in supportive solidarity of the Women's Rights Movement and the #MeToo Movement. 
What she'll do:
1) One of Khanh's biggest priorities is to pass and ratify the Equal Rights Amendment nationwide. Fortunately, Washington State has ratified the ERA, but there are 12 other states that haven't. Khanh will fight to represent all women and our rights to ensure that all groups are equally represented. 
2) Apply the Equal Pay for Equal Work, which prevents workers from being discriminated and paid unfairly on the basis of sex.  
3) Enforce Title IX, which fights discrimination on the basis of sex among educational programs.
